1. Administration Assistant
Responsibilities:
Provide full spectrum of corporate and office administration duties, such as data input, filing and clerical works,office equipment maintenance, shop renovation &relocation, facility management and repair coordination.
Handle daily accounting operations and maintain proper accounting records.
Assist and represent the director in external liaison & corporate activities.
Manages all staff and cooperate with the team. Handle and monitor the attendance system for all staff.
Assist in various projects and other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Diploma holder or above
At least 1 years’ experience in administrative work
Self-motivated, proactive, well-organized,detail-minded, and independent with strong interpersonal skills
Good management and coaching skills

2. Digital & Marketing Designer
Responsibilities:
Solid experience in Graphic Design and Advertising
strong understanding of SEO, CRM and digital marketing tools
Responsible for graphic design from design concept to final artwork independently
Design online and offline marketing and promotion materials including leaflet, catalogue, poster, backdrops, visual merchandising, print ads, packaging and POP materials, eDM, video, website banner, digital posts, and premium etc.
Co-ordinate and prepare and manage artwork printing output process
Initiate creative concepts, idea presentation and digital marketing campaigns
Responsible for design and production of online and offline corporate communication materials, as well as promotion materials for multi-media channels such as Instagram, Facebook, WeChat, YouTube Channels etc.
Assist in pre-production and post-production of promotional videos, such as retouching for all imagery,shooting, animation, photography, video production
Creative ideas and design inputs
Requirements:
Diploma or above in Graphic Design/Multimedia Design or related field
3 years relevant commercial experience
Proficiency in Adobe CS, including Adobe Premiere, After Effect, Photoshop, Illustrator or other graphic design /video editing tools
Creative with strong art sense and typography skills are must
Well-versed in various social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, WeChat)
Proficiency in image-retouching and color correction skills
Able to work independently, responsible and self-motivated

Responsibilities:
Maintain good relationship with existing customers and identify potential market opportunities to expand customer base.
Maximize sales growth within the established customer base by acquiring and renewing orders.
Provide product information to customers,as well as follow-up enquiries, quotations, and orders.
Analyze sales data and create strategies to maximize sales and marketing according to agreed budgets.
